Reports say that over 90 percent of all adolescents and almost 25 percent of all adults are acne sufferers. In this Module we will explore what exactly acne is and strive to clear up any myths regarding what causes it, along with possible solutions that can help with the prevention and treatment of acne.
For example, does chocolate really cause pimples? And how about oily foods? Do French fries bring on the dreaded acne outbreak? In this course, we will examine the most recent studies, reports, articles available and find out. We will look at which essential oils may offer beneficial healing properties to minimize outbreaks and nourish the skin.
