With the information you have learned in this course, you will want to begin to catalog it in an apothecary notebook or use the note card template attached for easier reference later. You can purchase a recipe card file or use a notebook and print out each 3 x 5 index card to create an “essential oil deck.”

Write out the information for each recipe or formula on each card for easy access. Be sure to create a divider for each section such as recipes, essential oil information, safety guidelines, uses, etc.

Add additional sections, like “treatments” or “conditions” for adding recipes for solving problems like “Flu” or “Colds.”

Fill in with recipes, uses, etc. for those particular conditions. It won’t be long before you will have enough information to fill a book!
